Galarian Articuno (swsh7-63 Reverse Holofoil) is a Basic Psychic Pokémon from the Evolving Skies set with Rare Holo rarity. It has the Ability Cruel Charge, which lets you attach up to two Psychic Energy from your hand when you bench it, and an attack Psylaser that discards all Psychic Energy from itself to deal 120 damage to one of your opponent's Pokémon.
