Galarian Articuno (swsh7-63 Play Pokemon Stamp) is a Psychic Basic Pokémon from the Evolving Skies expansion and printed as a Rare Holo variant. It has the Cruel Charge Ability that can attach up to two Psychic Energy from your hand when you play it onto your Bench, enabling fast set-up. Its Psylaser attack requires three energy and discards all Psychic Energy from this Pokémon to deal 120 damage to an opponent's Pokémon, useful for high single-target damage at the cost of its energy.
