Cruel Charge lets you attach up to two Psychic Energy from your hand to this Pokémon when you play it onto your Bench during your turn. Its Psylaser attack discards all Psychic Energy from this Pokémon to deal 120 damage to one of your opponent’s Pokémon, with standard retreat, weakness, and resistance values.
