Starmie (xy12-31 Reverse Holofoil) is a Water-type Stage 1 Pokémon from the Evolutions set. It has the Space Beacon Ability, which lets you discard a card to put two basic Energy from your discard pile into your hand, and the Star Freeze attack that deals 30 damage and can Paralyze on a coin flip. This reverse-holo rare is printed as 31/108 and illustrated by Keiji Kinebuchi.
