Description

Tool Scrapper (bw6-116, Ian Whiton) is a Trainer—Item card from the Dragons Exalted expansion. Its main effect lets you choose up to two Pokémon Tool cards attached to Pokémon in play (either side) and discard them. The card reminder also notes that you may play as many Item cards as you like during your turn before attacking, making it useful for tool disruption in a deck.
