Giant Cape (bw6-114) is an Uncommon Pokémon Tool trainer card from the Dragons Exalted expansion. Attach it to one of your Pokémon that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool to give that Pokémon +20 HP. Because it occupies the Pokémon Tool slot it prevents other Tools from being attached to the same Pokémon.
