Torkoal (ex3-12 Holofoil) is a Basic Fire Pokémon from the Dragon expansion, printed as a Rare Holo. Its first attack, Power Generation, lets you retrieve up to two basic Energy cards from your discard pile to your hand. Its second attack, Scorching Smoke, Burns the Defending Pokémon and risks discarding a Fire Energy from Torkoal on a tails coin flip, while it has a three-colorless retreat cost and a Water weakness.
