This power can't be used if Magneton is affected by a Special Condition.

Magneton (ex3-17 Normal) is a Lightning-type Stage 1 Pokémon printed in the Dragon expansion. Its Poké-Power Magnetic Field lets you discard a card to retrieve up to two basic Energy cards from your discard pile, with the restriction that the discarded card cannot be returned. Its attack Magnetic Force does 10 damage times the Energy attached to all of your Pokémon, allowing damage output to scale with distributed Energy.
