Description

High Pressure System (print ID ex3-85-Non-E-Reader) is a Stadium Trainer card. While it stays in play, it reduces the Colorless retreat cost paid for each player’s Fire and Water Pokémon by one. It is primarily used to help Fire- and Water-focused decks switch more reliably and pressure the opponent through easier retreating.
