It has the Poké-Power Dig Up allowing you, when you evolve a Pokémon with Quagsire, to retrieve up to two Pokémon Tool cards from your discard pile to your hand. Its attack Pump Out costs Grass and two Colorless and does 50 damage plus 20 more if a Pokémon Tool is attached.
