Description

Holon Energy WP (ex15-86 Reverse Holofoil) is a Special Energy card that supplies Colorless Energy. When attached to a Pokémon that also has a basic Water Energy it prevents attack effects other than damage, and when paired with a basic Psychic Energy it reduces that Pokémon's Retreat Cost to zero; these conditional benefits do not apply to Pokémon-ex. Debuted in the Dragon Frontiers expansion.
