Buffer Piece (ex15-72) is a Trainer — Pokémon Tool from the Dragon Frontiers set that attaches to one of your Pokémon. While attached, it reduces damage done to that Pokémon by an opponent’s attack by 20, then is discarded at the end of your opponent’s next turn. It cannot be attached to a Pokémon that already has a Pokémon Tool and is discarded if the host Pokémon is Knocked Out.
