Empoleon (dp1-4) is a Stage 2 Water Pokémon from the Diamond & Pearl set illustrated by Nakaoka and printed as Rare Holo. Its Ice Blade attack lets you target any of your opponent’s Pokémon for 40 damage while Aqua Jet can deal 70 to the Active and possibly 20 to a Benched Pokémon on a coin flip. It has a Lightning weakness, a two-colorless retreat cost, and is intended for use as a mid-to-late-game evolution attacker.
