Cascoon (dp1-44) is a Grass-type Stage 1 Pokémon from the Diamond & Pearl set with Uncommon rarity. It has Harden, which can prevent up to 30 damage from a single attack on the opponent's next turn, and Gooey Thread, a 20-damage attack that prevents the Defending Pokémon from retreating next turn. Its retreat cost is three Colorless and it is weak to Fire, making it a defensive pivot that can stall or lock the opponent's active Pokémon.
