Description

Team Rocket's Articuno (sv10-51, Expansion Stamp) is a Water-type Basic Pokémon from the Destined Rivals expansion. It has the Repelling Veil Ability, which prevents effects of opponent attacks from affecting your Basic Team Rocket's Pokémon (damage is not an effect). Its Dark Frost attack deals 60 damage and does an additional 60 if any Team Rocket's Energy is attached, enabling a conditional heavy hit.
