Team Rocket's Articuno (sv10-51 — Cosmos Holofoil) is a Water Basic Pokémon from the Destined Rivals expansion. It has the Repelling Veil Ability, which blocks effects of opponent attacks on your Basic Team Rocket Pokémon, and an attack called Dark Frost that deals 60 damage and can deal 60 more if a Team Rocket's Energy is attached. Represents a Team Rocket variant of the legendary Articuno.
