Rabsca ex (sv10-25 Holofoil) is a Grass-type Stage 1 Pokémon ex from the Destined Rivals expansion. Its first attack, Upside-Down Draw, lets you draw three cards from the bottom of your deck, while its Psychic attack deals base 20 damage and does 90 more damage for each Energy attached to the opponent's Active Pokémon. As a Pokémon ex, it follows the ex rule that grants the opponent two Prize cards when knocked out, which makes it a high-risk, high-reward attacker.
