Eternatus V (swsh3-116-Jumbo) is a Basic Darkness-type Pokémon V from the Darkness Ablaze set printed as an oversized jumbo variant. Its attacks include Power Accelerator, which lets you attach a Darkness Energy from your hand to a Benched Pokémon and deals 30 damage, and Dynamax Cannon, a 120+ damage attack that deals an additional 120 damage against Pokémon VMAX. As a Pokémon V it carries the standard V rule that gives your opponent 2 Prize cards if it is Knocked Out, and this jumbo is a display/promotional print rather than a playable tournament card.
