Cape of Toughness (swsh3-160) is an Uncommon Trainer — a Pokémon Tool from the Darkness Ablaze set. It attaches to a Basic Pokémon that has no Pokémon Tool and gives that Pokémon +50 HP, with the exception of Pokémon-GX. The card also follows Item rules allowing you to play any number of Item cards during your turn, so it slots into HP-buffing roles for non-GX Basics.
