Billowing Smoke (swsh3-158) is an Uncommon Trainer — Pokémon Tool from the Darkness Ablaze expansion. It attaches to a Pokémon that has no existing Tool and causes the opponent to discard the Prize cards they would take if that Pokémon is Knocked Out by an opponent's attack. The card also allows you to play any number of Item cards during your turn, supporting Item-heavy strategies.
