Ultra Ball (bw5-102, Clement Lamberton variant) is an Item Trainer card from the Dark Explorers set. You discard two cards from your hand to search your deck for any Pokémon, reveal it, and put it into your hand, then shuffle. It follows normal Item timing so you may play it in addition to other Items during your turn before attacking.
