Description

Tornadus-EX (bw5-90, Rare Holo EX) is a Basic Colorless Pokémon-EX from the Dark Explorers expansion illustrated by Shizurow. It has two attacks: Blow Through which deals 30 damage and deals 30 more if any Stadium is in play, and Power Blast which deals 100 but may force you to discard an Energy on a coin flip. As a Pokémon-EX it gives the opponent two Prize cards when knocked out and features Lightning weakness, Fighting resistance, and a single Colorless retreat cost.
