Raikou-EX (bw5-38 Holofoil) is a Basic Lightning-type Pokémon-EX from the Dark Explorers set. It has Thunder Fang, a coin-flip attack that can Paralyze the Defending Pokémon, and Volt Bolt, which discards all Lightning Energy attached to Raikou-EX to deal 100 damage to any one of the opponent's Pokémon. Its EX status means knocking it out gives the opponent two Prize cards, shaping its risk-reward role in decks.
