Empoleon (bw5-29 Reverse Holofoil) is a Water-type Stage 2 Pokémon from the Dark Explorers expansion. It has the Diving Draw Ability allowing you to discard a card to draw two once each turn and an attack, Attack Command, that deals 10 damage times the number of Pokémon in play. Its two Retreat Cost and Lightning weakness shape its defensive tradeoffs in deck construction.
