Carnivine (printed number 5/108, printId bw5-5-Reverse-Holofoil) is a Rare Grass Basic Pokémon presented in a reverse-holofoil variant. It has Lure Poison, which switches the Defending Pokémon and poisons the replacement, and Spit Squall, which returns the Defending Pokémon and all attached cards to the opponent's hand. Those effects make it a disruptive option for bouncing or resetting an opponent's active Pokémon and their attachments.
