Tag Call (sm12-206) is an Item Trainer card from the Cosmic Eclipse set that searches your deck for up to two TAG TEAM cards. Playing it puts those TAG TEAM cards into your hand and then you shuffle your deck. The card text also notes the general rule that you may play any number of Item cards during your turn before attacking, enabling multi-item combos.
