Phione (sm12-57 Reverse Holofoil) is a Basic Water-type Pokémon from the Cosmic Eclipse set. It has the Whirlpool Suction Ability allowing you once per turn while on your Bench to force your opponent to switch their Active with a Benched Pokémon, then discard attachments from Phione and put it on the bottom of your deck. Its sole attack, Rain Splash, deals 10 damage for one Water energy and it carries a Colorless retreat cost and Grass weakness.
