Kommo-o (sm12-163 Holofoil) is a Stage 2 Dragon-type Pokémon from the Cosmic Eclipse set. Its first attack, Shout of Power, lets you attach a basic Energy from your discard to a Benched Pokémon, providing recovery and acceleration. Its Scaly Uppercut can deal big damage and gains an extra 90 damage if you discard a Pokémon Tool attached to it, offering a conditional damage boost.
