It has the Blow-Away Bomb ability that can place one damage counter on each of your opponent's Pokémon when discarded via Roxie, and an attack, Poison Gas, that deals 10 damage and Poison to the opponent's Active Pokémon. Common rarity and a single Colorless retreat make it a lightweight option for discard-synergy or status-based strategies.
