Dhelmise (sm12-98) is an Uncommon Basic Psychic Pokémon from the Cosmic Eclipse expansion. It has Seaweed Grab, an effect attack that returns a Trainer from your discard pile to your hand, and Buster Swing, a 100-damage attack whose damage ignores Resistance. Its weaknesses, Fighting resistance, and three-colorless retreat cost mark it as a mid-range attacker with a recovery utility role in decks.
