Blacephalon (sm12-104-Holofoil) is a Psychic-type Basic Ultra Beast from the Cosmic Eclipse expansion. Its Fireworks Bomb attack lets you place four damage counters anywhere among your opponent's Pokémon, or twelve counters instead if the opponent has exactly three Prize cards remaining. It functions as a spreading-damage tool that can help finish weakened Pokémon and apply prize-count pressure.
