Rugged Helmet (swsh6-152) is a Pokémon Tool Trainer card from the Chilling Reign expansion. While attached to an Active Pokémon, if that Pokémon is damaged by an opponent's attack, return an Energy from the attacking Pokémon to your opponent's hand. It is played as an Item and follows normal Trainer timing, with no attack of its own and no limit beyond one Tool per Pokémon.
