Its Weather Reading Ability lets you ignore all Energy in its attack costs if you have eight or more Stadium cards in your discard pile, enabling free attacks under that condition. The attack Rainfall deals 20 damage to each of your opponent's Pokémon, making it a board‑wide damage option rather than single-target removal.
