Description

Flying Pikachu V (cel25-6 Holofoil) is a Basic Lightning-type Pokémon V from the Celebrations expansion. It has a low-cost Thunder Shock that can Paralyze for 20 damage and a risky Fly attack that deals 120 damage only on a successful coin flip and grants protection next turn. As a Pokémon V it follows the V rule causing the opponent to take 2 Prize cards if it is Knocked Out, and it has Lightning weakness, Fighting resistance, and zero retreat cost.
