Blastoise (cel25c-2_A-Holofoil) is a Stage 2 Water Pokémon from the Celebrations: Classic Collection. Its Rain Dance Pokémon Power lets you attach additional Water Energy cards to your Water Pokémon during your turn without using your regular attachment, though it can't be used while Blastoise is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed. Hydro Pump deals 40 damage and increases by 10 for each extra Water attached to Blastoise beyond the attack's cost, counting up to two extra Waters.
