Description

Smeargle (col1-21 Reverse Holofoil) is a Colorless Basic Pokémon from Call of Legends with the Poké-Power Portrait. Portrait lets Smeargle, while Active, look at your opponent’s hand and copy the effect of a Supporter card found there as that power’s effect, with the usual Special Condition restriction. Its attack, Tail Rap, costs two Colorless and deals 20 damage times the number of heads from flipping two coins, providing a variable damage option while retreating for one Colorless.
