It has the Poké-Power Portrait, which lets Smeargle (if Active) look at your opponent's hand and copy the effect of a Supporter card found there, and it cannot be used while affected by a Special Condition. Its attack Tail Rap costs two Colorless and deals 20 damage times the number of heads from flipping two coins, offering variable damage output.
