Tornadus-EX (BW96, Promo) is a Colorless Basic Pokémon-EX from the BW Black Star Promos set. Its attacks are Blow Through, which deals 30 more damage if any Stadium is in play, and Power Blast, which deals 100 damage but may force you to discard an Energy on a tails flip. It follows the Pokémon-EX rule where your opponent takes two Prize cards when this Pokémon-EX is Knocked Out.
