If the attached Pokémon is your Active and is Knocked Out by damage from an opponent's attack, you may move up to three basic Energy cards from that Pokémon to one of your Benched Pokémon. The card is an Item, so it can be played alongside other Items during your turn and functions as an energy-recovery safety for vulnerable attackers.
