Description

Raichu (sm3-41-League2nd-Place-Stamp) is a Stage 1 Lightning Pokémon from the Burning Shadows set printed with a League 2nd Place Stamp. It has the Evoshock Ability that can Paralyze the opponent’s Active Pokémon when you evolve it from your hand, and an attack, Volt Tackle, that deals 130 damage but also does 30 damage to Raichu itself. Its support role is as a high-damage attacker with a built-in evolution-triggered status effect to disrupt the opponent.
