Porygon-Z (Reverse Holofoil)

Description

Porygon-Z (sm3-105 Reverse Holofoil) is a Colorless Stage 2 Pokémon from the Burning Shadows set with the Initialize Ability. Its Initialize Ability can devolve each of your opponent's evolved Pokémon by returning their highest Evolution card to their hand when you evolve one of your own Pokémon. It also has the Zap Cannon attack that deals 80 damage but cannot be used on your next turn after use.
