Alolan Raticate (Reverse Holofoil)

Description

Alolan Raticate (sm3-82 Reverse Holofoil) is a Darkness-type Stage 1 Pokémon from the Burning Shadows set. It has two attacks: Enhanced Fang, which gains +50 damage if a Pokémon Tool is attached, and Hyper Fang, which only works on a successful coin flip. Its high retreat cost and common Fighting weakness make it a middling attacker with conditional power and some mobility drawbacks.
