Whimsicott VSTAR (swsh9-65 Play Pokemon Stamp Holofoil) is a Psychic-type Pokémon VSTAR from the Brilliant Stars set and is printed as a Rare Holo VSTAR. Its VSTAR Power, Fluffball Star, deals 60 damage to one of your opponent's Pokémon for each Energy attached to Whimsicott, and it also has the attack Trick Wind that prevents opponents from playing Pokémon Tool or Special Energy cards on their next turn. As a VSTAR, it carries the VSTAR rule that grants the opponent two Prize cards if it is Knocked Out and can only use one VSTAR Power per game.
