Whimsicott VSTAR (swsh9-175 Holofoil) is a Psychic VSTAR Pokémon from the Brilliant Stars expansion. It has two attacks: Trick Wind prevents the opponent from playing Pokémon Tool or Special Energy cards during their next turn while Fluffball Star is a VSTAR attack that deals 60 damage to one of the opponent's Pokémon for each Energy attached to Whimsicott. This card carries the VSTAR rule which grants the opponent two Prize cards if Whimsicott VSTAR is Knocked Out, affecting endgame risk and strategy.
