Its single-Psychic-cost attack Fluff Gets in the Way deals 20 damage and can prevent a Basic Defending Pokémon from attacking on the opponent's next turn. Its heavier Cotton Guard attack deals 90 damage and reduces damage taken by this Pokémon by 30 during the opponent's next turn, and it follows the V rule that grants two Prize cards to your opponent if it is Knocked Out.
