Throh (swsh9-80 Reverse Holofoil) is a Basic Fighting-type Pokémon from the Brilliant Stars expansion with collector number 080/172. It has two attacks: Lunge Out that deals 30 damage for two colorless energy, and Seismic Toss that deals 110 damage for two Fighting and one colorless energy. Its retreat cost is three colorless and it is weak to Psychic-type attacks.
