Starmie (swsh9-55) is an Uncommon Stage 1 Psychic Pokémon from the Brilliant Stars expansion. It has two attacks: Psychic which scales damage based on Energy attached to the opponent's Active Pokémon, and Power Gem which deals fixed damage. Its low retreat cost and resistance to Fighting give it modest mobility and matchup advantages on the board.
