Raikou V (swsh9-48-Holofoil) is a Lightning Basic Pokémon V from Brilliant Stars printed as a Rare Holo V. It has the Fleet-Footed Ability that lets you draw a card once during your turn if it is Active, and the Lightning Rondo attack which does 20 more damage for each Benched Pokémon. As a Pokémon V it follows the V rule giving the opponent two Prize cards if knocked out, has a single Colorless retreat cost and Fighting ×2 weakness.
