Description

Magma Basin (swsh9-144 Play Pokemon Stamp) is a Stadium Trainer card from the Brilliant Stars expansion. Once per turn, each player may attach a Fire Energy from their discard pile to one of their Benched Fire Pokémon, and if they do that Pokémon receives 2 damage counters. This card forces a tradeoff between accelerating Energy from the discard and taking immediate damage on the benefited Pokémon, affecting deck strategies that rely on Fire-type bench setup.
