It has two attacks: Sand Spray for 70 damage for Grass+Fighting, and Draconic Impulse which deals 160 base damage and does 160 more versus a Pokémon VMAX but requires discarding 3 Energy when that extra effect applies. Its retreat cost is two Colorless and it carries the V rule that grants the opponent two Prize cards if it is Knocked Out.
